Return Period

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Damaged products caused by misuse
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Customized or personalized products

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error or a defective item, Terrymira will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For customer-remorse returns, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.
